<p>We are currently packing up and clearing out our place before moving out at the end of the week. Most of the items listed are set up for local pickup to make things easier before lease end.</p>

<p>Because we are in the middle of packing, exact pickup address and availability will be messaged to you directly right after checkout. Please ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout so we can get in touch smoothly.</p>

<h3>2. Shipping Options</h3>
<p>While local pickup is preferred for larger home goods, select smaller items can be packaged and shipped via standard ground carriers (USPS/UPS). Package weights typically range between 28 lbs and 35 lbs for boxed items, and standard handling takes 1–3 days.</p>

<h3>3. Tight Schedule Notice</h3>
<p>Since our move-out date is coming up quickly, orders and pickup requests are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Thanks so much for helping us clear everything out!</p>
